At Vintera Arts, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective).

  • Personal-use items where hygiene concerns apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size received

  • Incorrect item received

  • Defective or damaged products

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item received

  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
